Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Window

At Magic Living, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or made-to-order handlooms.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.
• Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@magicliving.co.in with your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Note that shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
